Welcome to the Privacy and Data Security Policy page for the Location Priority (LocPriority) app.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Our app is designed according to the principle of Privacy by Design. We collect only what is strictly necessary for the technical routing of your orders.

We do not store any personally identifiable information about your customers. When an order is placed on your store, we process only technical metadata via the Shopify API:

  • Identifiers: Order ID, Product ID, Variant ID.
  • Logistics: SKUs, quantities, order tags, and delivery methods (e.g., Click & Collect).
  • Anonymity: No postal addresses, names, email addresses, or phone numbers of your customers are stored in our databases.

This data is used for the sole purpose of analyzing available inventory and reassigning the most optimal stock location according to the rules defined by the merchant.

To provide the service, we retain the following information:

  • Profile: Store name, contact email, and time zone.
  • Locations: Name, ID, Address, Status, and Quantities Sold.
  • History: Logs of inventory movements (order lines) and changes to application settings for your statistical tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Your data is transmitted exclusively between your Shopify store and our servers for the strict operation of the Application.

  • Secure hosting: Data is encrypted and hosted on secure servers. Access to the App’s database is restricted.
  • Retention period: Your inventory transaction history and processed orders are retained as long as the App is installed so you can view your statistics. If you uninstall the App, your account data will be deleted from our active databases.

In accordance with Shopify and GDPR requirements:

  • Right to be Forgotten: All data related to your store is permanently deleted 48 hours after uninstalling the app via Shopify’s compliance webhooks. Contact: For any questions regarding your data: support@home-made.io
